Painting is one of the easiest, most cost-efficient ways to make a home more attractive and appealing to potential buyers. Here are some quick color and painting tips for getting your home real estate ready!
BE BOLD – USE COLOR! White paint was once the standard for creating that "ready-to-sell" look, but now screams "bad rental." Warm tans, creamy beiges, and even some soft approachable yellows can foster a fresh, clean look. When selecting a color, always consider and look for inspiration from the architectural elements in the room, consider selecting earthy tones for a warm welcome that compliments interesting woodwork or stone. For bathrooms, opt for muted tones that look great with your skin, so people will look good and feel good in this space.
