SHUR-LINE Partners with Shannon Kaye,
Decorative Painter and Co-Host of DIY Network’s “Fresh Coat”
Huntersville, NC (Oct. 10, 2007) – Expert decorative painter Shannon Kaye has partnered with SHUR-LINE, a leading manufacturer of paint application products, to introduce consumers to the joy of painting.
During her studies at the Academy of Art in San Francisco and apprenticeship with the prominent Decorative Painter, Page Kelleher, Shannon began to experiment with paint and color. Since then, she has built a very successful decorative painting and design business based on her unique style of finishes that have evolved from traditional decorative painting and faux finishing techniques.
With an ability to understand the physical and visual space in a room, Shannon encourages consumers to create spaces that are unique and comfortable – with a good dose of color! That fun approach to design caught the eye of the DIY Network, which invited her to host “Fresh Coat,” a show that teaches viewers how a little paint and imagination can completely transform a room.
